Deposit

A 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

An invoice will be sent to you once your reservation is confirmed, and full payment is required 90 days before the trip’s first land day.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

While we advise against cancelling your trip, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, the following cancellation fees will be applicable for each individual cancelling:

– From the time of booking until 91 days before the trip – 25% of the package
– 90 to 61 days before the trip – 35% of the package
– 60 to 31 days before the trip – 50% of the package

-30 days or less prior to trip departure – 100% of the package

Additionally, you may be liable for any additional fees charged by hotels, airlines, etc., that exceed your land arrangements due to the cancellation of your original booking.
